You have until 8 hours before the start of class to early cancel your session. Canceling within the 8 hours of the start of class time is considered a late cancelation.

Memberships and class credits cannot be shared with another person.

Yes you have the ability to freeze your membership. Send us an e-mail & we will assist you from there.

Please leave your phone on silent & with your belongings. We want you to take this time for yourself.
Photos/videos may be taken before or after class. To respect everyone’s privacy we ask that you reframe from taking photos/videos during class.

All skill levels are welcomed in our classes. No previous experience is needed. Each session is designed to challenge you while respecting your body’s unique needs and abilities.

No, grip socks are not required, they are encouraged. You can be barefoot for class. Socks without grips may not be worn during class.

We suggest coming 2 - 3 times a week. Consistency is key in achieving your goals.

If this is your first time doing Pilates we ask that you arrive 5 minutes before class for a introduction to the reformer.
We allow existing clients a 5 minute grace period for late entry after the start of class. However, if someone from the waitlist is there at the start of class and you are not, your spot will be given to them.

Embody Pilates is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen items in the studio. You can e-mail the studio directly for any items left at the studio.

Our space and practice is dedicated to the importance of taking care of our bodies both mentally and physically. Sometimes taking care of our bodies means movement through Pilates and other times that means rest and reset through massage or acupuncture. It can be a struggle to balance hard work and recovery but both are essential. We here at BOD are here to support you achieve that balance.
